Project Description

The Monash Art Ensemble, directed by Paul Grabowsky AO, aim to release a digital and CD recording ‘Here Now Hear’, featuring eight innovative works that were commissioned and recorded between 2017-2019 by the ensemble. The release features an eclectic mix of contemporary cross-genre music by significant Australian composers: Kate Neal, Andrew Ford, Sandy Evans, Paul Grabowsky, Cat Hope, Marc Hannaford, Robert Burke and Paul Williamson. It will be released internationally (FMR Records, UK) and launched in the Sound Gallery at the Ian Potter Centre for Performing Arts at Monash University. An integral part of this release is to increase audiences and markets through promotion (across digital, social media and print platforms) and dissemination via the expertise of a professional publicist.
