Project Details
Project Description
The FH team seeks to develop a high-quality research paper focussed on the health implications of future FH detection and management in general practice that is likely to be accepted for publication in a high powered medical journal. Furthermore, the results of the modelling will be of considerable interest to both Commonwealth and State governments and policy makers.
The services provided by Monash University are the following:
• A comprehensive design of the research problem;
• Locating and finding the input data relevant to provide health economics modelling of the problem;
• Designing the health economics model in Excel;
• Running the analyses and producing the results along with uncertainty analyses around these estimates;
• Write-up of the full manuscript in collaboration with the partnership team at UNDA, and
• Presentation of the results to potential decision and policy makers.
