Project Description

The Department of Health and Aged Care (the Department) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified evaluator to undertake an independent evaluation of the Head to Health Network and Phone Service.
The aim of the evaluation is to analyse the extent to which the Network and Phone Service are achieving their key objectives and vision as outlined in the Service Models. The outcomes and findings of the evaluation will inform future national policy for the Network and Phone Service
