Halcyon Rivermont LLC Schematic Design Phase: Scoping Review of Carbon Reduction Strategy

This is the first phase of a potentially larger project to review the decarbonisation strategy and provide inputs for reduced environmental impact on a 'landlease community' on the Sunshine Coast. It will involve working with an architect and sustainability consultant to review their work and conduct research to recommend improvement.
