The main objective of this research is to gain a deeper understanding of the psychological factors influencing consumers’ loan repayment behaviour.
The research context is the financial industry in Malaysia, particularly the companies involved in providing financial loans for used cars. The company will use the research findings to enhance the collection strategies and reduce loan default rates. In addition, the findings will also help generate some research outputs.
