Project Sentinel is a field-based fatigue project focusing on both professional (Heavy Goods Vehicles) and non-professional drivers (Light Vehicles) testing the best fit fatigue detection devices for Shell which have been identified by SWOV (Dutch Road Safety Board) who is examining currently available commercial fatigue/distraction technologies.
The objective of the Project is to test fatigue detection devices recommended by the SWOV study in the field using identified professional and non-professional driver populations within QGC, Queensland, Australia. The study shall be conducted by the Research Partner.
