Project Description

A qualitative study of a small group of lawyers, including those practising in a more traditional manner pricing by hourly rates, and those seeking to practice innovatively and pricing by fixed rates. The study will explore practices in matter scoping, price estimation and client communication; barriers to change in business and pricing models; and attitudes towards Uniform Law compliance.
A report with clear recommendations and actions to effect change of approx. 30 pages.
