This proposal was prepared by the Monash University Accident Research Centre (MUARC) in response to Victoria Police’s request for a review of evidence on behavioural risk factors indicated in fatal and serious injury (FSI) crashes. Included is an overview of the background and rationale for this research, and details outlining the proposed method for the review. Further, this proposal also documents project resourcing, timelines and deliverables.
