Evaluation of the Proactive Common Law program at TAC

In response to the TAC Research Tasking Statement and in line with its requirements, we have outlined a comprehensive evaluation of the experience, effectiveness and impact of the proactive common law process. The method we have proposed, we believe, will provide the TAC with clear insight into the performance of the proactive approach particularly with regard to its impact on clients getting their lives back on track sooner, satisfaction with the process, and satisfaction with the scheme more broadly. Using both qualitative and quantitative approaches in a process, impact, outcome co-designed evaluation, we anticipate that the project will provide the TAC the necessary insight to shape the common law program at the TAC with a view toward continuous improvement and long-term scheme viability.
