This project investigates the legal capability and service accessibility needs of people within four culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities in the western suburbs of Melbourne, Victoria in circumstances where they face problems involving workplace discrimination or sexual harassment. The four CALD communities examined are the Vietnamese, Afghan, Indian and South Sudanese communities.

This project is being conducted in collaboration with Western Community Legal Centre (WEstjustice) with the support of a Victoria Law Foundation (VLF) Knowledge Grant 2024.
