Project Details
Project Description
The aim of the project is to examine how performance measurement systems can be designed, implemented
and used across extended supply chains to promote critical aspects of supply chain performance, and
improve competitiveness of supply chain partners. The project is significant as it focuses on supply chain
performance measurement across organisational boundaries and considers the influence of contextual,
technical and relational factors. The outcomes will be a framework to enable managers to maximise supply
chain performance through design and use of performance measurement systems, and research that adds
to knowledge in the area of management control systems and inter-firm relationships.
