Enhancing the efficacy of Menin inhibition in Acute Leukaemia

Project: Research

Project Details

Project Description

Acute leukaemia is a poor prognosis blood cancer with limited treatment options. Menin inhibition is a novel treatment strategy for a large proportion of patients with Acute Myeloid Leukaemia (AML) or infants with Acute lymphoid Leukaemia (ALL) and is currently entering clinical trials. This proposal aims to understand the mechanism of action and resistance to Menin inhibitors in order to identify novel therapeutic approaches for combination therapy.
