This project aims to develop and design a toolkit for staff and student capacity building to support Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) type activities across Monash University and Penn State University. Adopting the Student-as-Partners approach, the project will engage students as part of the development, design and assessment of shared online resources that will support the creation of a toolkit to support both student and staff capacity building in the implementation of COIL type activities. Students’ voices and agency will be embedded across the whole project to shape the online resources developed to support Monash and Penn State faculty members and students as they engage in virtual mobility activities.
