This research proposal is developed in collaboration with Women of Will (WOW) on Phase Two of the APEC-Canada Growing Business Partnership. The partnership is supported by the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada and funded by Global Affairs Canada. WOW approached Monash and other higher education institutions to ask for proposal to support their application.
