Letter of Agreement Re: ADNeT Ltd Agreement with Roche for the provision of grant funding toward the

Grant funding is to support:
•The ADNeT Clinical Quality Registry (CQR) for dementia;

•Development of unified guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of dementia and a network of dementia clinics; and

•Acceleration of the development of effective treatments to prevent and treat dementia through improved patient screening and trial participation.

Specifically, the grant will be used to scale the data and research capability of the ADNeT Registry CRP.
