Project Description

This project will develop tools to assess elements of practice (EP) in three specialty areas, that can supplement the existing CaN-SAT. These elements will be purposefully designed for use by nurses who are providing cancer care to individuals with breast, haematology or lung cancers. The elements will enable specialist cancer nurses in each field to self-assess their knowledge and skills relating to the provision of cancer care and to identify their subsequent learning needs for long-term advanced career development.
