Project Details

Project Description

Good Shepherd tackles the significant issues impacting women, girls and families. Offering an extensive range of programs addressing economic wellbeing and enterprise, and safety and resilience, the organisation is supporting clients experiencing hardship to live fulfilling lives, through strengthened skills, connection and safety. Good Shepherd have undertaken substantial work to capture and understand how its programs and services are impacting change within complex social and regulatory systems, drawing on expertise and insights from the teams who deliver services and the lived experience of clients. Building on this foundational work, Good Shepherd have identified the need to build a Service Model to support integrated and evidence-informed service delivery and innovation. This document provides a brief overview of a potential partnership between Good Shepherd and the Health and Social Care Unit (HSCU) at Monash University to support the scoping, development and implementation of a Service Model that will broadly capture the way Good Shepherd services are developed, delivered and evaluated. It specifically focuses on the planning and scoping stage of this work.
