Developing the inclusive practice of classroom music teachers: Enhancing the learning experiences of students with disabilities

This project responds to the imperative for classroom music teachers to develop inclusive practices to enhance the learning for students with disabilities. It will involve a thorough investigation of the critical literature relating to the theories, practices and discourse in this field. This investigation will provide a framework to identify the current and past initiatives and future directions for impactful inclusive classroom music teaching.
