Project Description
We propose to use our expertise in the zebrafish disease modelling, stem cells and tissue repair to create models to study MPSIII. The glycosaminoglycan metabolism pathway including the lysosomal enzymes that are causing MPSIII variants are fully conserved in zebrafish.
