This project will support the ongoing management and development of the WorkWell Survey including the ethics for data collection and the analysis of the data utilising the expertise of the other WorkWell Expert Reference Group (ERG) members. The analysis of the data and trend from the WorkWell Survey will allow for the evaluation of the WorkWell program but also allow continued exploration of the predictive models and insights uncovered during Phase 1 of WorkWell.
The data from the new WorkWell survey will give a better understanding of the work-related factors that are impacting mental health in Victorian workplaces. It will also for testing of the impact of these work-related factors and leading indicators of lag indicators such as absenteeism, presenteeism and staff turnover.
Understanding the key areas of success and areas for improvement will also allow for a more targeted and strategic planning and the development of actionable resources to address the key areas of interested derived from the data, especially PSC and other leads indicators.

Aim: To assist in the management of WorkWell survey, analyse data and build the evidence base around creating mentally healthy workplaces.
