Optiscan Imaging Ltd, based in Melbourne, is renowned for its real-time, non-destructive digital microscopic imaging technology tailored for medical applications. The company has a strong track record of innovative projects and partnerships with hospitals and universities.
Optiscan has received funding from CRC-P and wants to collaborate with Zongyuan Ge and Yasmeen George to do a project, leveraging the latest Optiscan endoscope technology:
-Aim 1: Develop a Region of Interest (ROI) model to identify key suspicious cancer frames.
-Aim 2: Create a Segmentation and Detection model to accurately localise cancer lesions.
-Aim 3: Build a Classification model to differentiate between various cancer subtypes.
