Project Description
Assist Centre for Evidence and Implementation (CEI) Singapore design a Hybrid evaluation for Circle of Care (CoC). CoC is a 'light touch' early childhood intervention, including parenting training, developmental and health screening, and case management, that is administered within Day Care Centres, Pre-Schools, and Kindergarten.
