Project Description

This is a SOLVE-CHD Collaboration Grant - SOLVE-CHD is a NHMRC Synergy Grant out of USYD. This has been awarded by SOLVE-CHD.

The aim of this project is to comprehensively scan and map cardiac rehabilitation (CR) data collection in Victoria to identify current opportunities and threats for a future state wide clinical quality registry.

This work is directly related to SOLVE-CHDs overall objective of “transformative data and quality” by undertaking the initial work towards developing jurisdictional CR data collection in Victoria. Long term, these data would also contribute to a national CR registry.
