Consultancy services to investigate whether the
current minimum barrier heights specified in the National Construction Code (NCC) Deemed-to- Satisfy
provisions are adequate taking into account the average height of the adult population, and whether
potential climbing hazards located near barriers present a hazard for young children and should be
