Australia Israel Research Exchange Fellowships for Australian Neuroscientists

As a short time objective for this trip I expect to strengthen the collaboration with Dr. Gil Levkowitz at the Weizmann Institute. The intention is to work on preliminary data and ideas to enable us to apply and compete for national or international grants next year. We successfully collaborated in the past with very limited resources and we now need to source and cement this successful partnership with funding. Thus, the long-term aim is to establish co-funded projects and intensified interactions between the two laboratories.
