Project Description

This study will, using state-of-the-art measures of the biological clock, rigorous assessment of light exposure and sophisticated analytical approaches, comprehensively and prospectively examine the relative contributions of multiple biological clock and sleep factors that are linked to cognitive function and sleepiness in adolescents. The project will identify specific sleep-related markers of risk of low academic achievement in adolescents.
