Project Description
The purpose of this rapid evidence review is to identify literature pertaining to the clinical competency assessment of nurses and midwives. Specifically, this review aims to identify valid and reliable instruments that can measure clinical competency and/or fitness to practice, with specific reference to the use of hour-based assessment as a valid and reliable instrument to establish clinical competency.
