Project Description

Aim 1: Mine the rich clinical multi-site dataset to identify the most effective treatment strategies and to identify signatures of Circadian Rhythm Sleep-Wake Disorders that can aid accurate diagnosis and inform novel algorithms for wearable devices.
Aim 2: Develop physiologically based mathematical models of Circadian Rhythm Sleep-Wake Disorders that can be used to tailor individual treatment plans.
Aim 3: Perform a pilot study in which we incorporate model-guided treatment plans into a digital health intervention across multiple international clinics.
