Anomaly Detection for Smart Manufacturing

This project aims to devise and develop solutions for an integrated, all-in-one IoT analytics platform that operationalises analyses to help improve the quality and productivity in manufacturing. Specifically, the project would be focused on grading of food or produce to allow manufacturers to deliver high quality and safe food using cost-effective tools and technologies. This project would develop a data-driven anomaly detection model that can be scale up to deal with the different food product or produce.
