    Project Details

    Project Description

Neutron stars are Nature's most stable clocks. Observations of a special class of neutron stars, millisecond
pulsars, are very sensitive to passing waves generated by supermassive black holes in the Universe. This
project will use the Parkes telescope to turn the millisecond pulsars into a Galaxy-dimensioned gravitational
    wave detector.
