    Project Description

The World Mosquito Program comprises a team of highly committed and focused individuals working on a novel approach to control mosquito-transmitted diseases like dengue, chikungunya and Zika. Current control approaches aren’t working and diseases like Zika are spreading unchecked across the world causing devastating developmental defects in the babies of unsuspecting women. We plan to use this funding opportunity to build technology for capacity to enable the World Mosquito Program to provide its robust, flexible, innovative Public Health Program at home and abroad to reduce if not stop the importation and transmission of dengue, chikunguna and Zika in Australia.
