Project Description
This project aims to identify novel allosteric modulators acting at the A1 adenosine receptor and the M2 muscarinic acetylcholine receptor which will be evaluated in kinetic and functional assays. Ligands will also be developed for chemical-biology studies probing the fundamental mechanisms of allosteric modulation.
