Project Details
Project Description
The purpose of this program is to protect and create safer communities for children in Australia, with a focus on helping prevent the sexual exploitation and abuse of children, including online sexual exploitation of children.
A scale impact grant will broaden and accelerate the work of the AiLECS lab in the development of AI technologies for countering the proliferation of Child Exploitation Material (CEM) online. We anticipate the grant will support
these efforts by funding an expansion of the AiLECS lab research team, increase capacity for collaborative research and development with our partners, and further develop the lab’s infrastructure.
