Project Description

The project will adapt and validate a tool to measure the educational alliance between GP supervisors and their registrars from the supervisor perspective. The tool measures supervisor commitment and investment, trainee contribution, and external influences, and will be used to gain an understanding of deficits which can then inform RTO supervisor education strategies.
