379 HSBU Healthcare Strategy Design – Phase 1

This project will be iterative, encompassing three phases. The current plan will specifically address Phase 1. Phase 1 will include a discovery, internal WSV workshop, Program Logic Workshop, evaluation framework and creation of a Steering Group. Phase 1 will inform the design of Phases 2 and 3, which will require further scoping and a separate project plan.
The project aims of Phase 1 are to create, trial and evaluate a research-informed and stakeholder endorsed interventions to improve healthcare in Victoria.
