Project Description

Through detailed structural and stratigraphic logging supported by interpretation and modelling of the geophysics, constrain the architecture of the regional folding and high strain shear zone and develop a structural-paragenesis for the cross section. Specific aims include:
1. Develop a geological cross section using the three diamond drill holes and geophysics as major constraints on the architecture.
2. Is the regional folding antiformal or synformal?
3. Develop a structural paragenesis based on observations from the 3 drillholes
4. Identify the kinematics of the shear zone associated with the anomalous gold and how thisdeformation episode fits in the paragenesis of the broader cross section.
