The Vice-Chancellor’s Education Excellence Awards celebrate the outstanding contributions of Monash staff to transformative learning experiences for students, industry, and the wider community. The awards set a benchmark for
educational excellence at Monash and serve to inspire others to strive for higher standards in educational quality and impact. The awards can be a platform for enhancing their academic reputation and careers, contribute to applications for
promotion, provide evidence for Advance HE Fellowship recognition, and lead to nominations for national awards such as the Australian Awards for University Teaching (AAUT). Aligned with the strategic goals of Impact 2030, the award categories highlight the University’s strong commitment to Indigenous education and acknowledge the broader impact of Monash’s educational programs across enterprise, community, and industry.
