Zhao and Li conducted a massive narrative literature review in the field of Management. They used software tools to objectively code and organize 2115 leadership articles authored by 3190 authors and published in 10 academic journals from 1990 to 2017. They found that I have been ranked top 20 most productive leadership authors (i.e., Number 1 in Australia and Asia) between 2011 and 2017 (Analyses based on 3,190 authors who published at least one article in top 10 quality journals in the field of management and applied psychology).

The journal is an A* ABDC; Impact Factor = 10.52; 5Y IF= 11.32; Ranked 4/84 in Applied Psychology; 11/226 in Management. This journal has a higher impact factor than 10 of the 14 Group 1+ management journals.
