Description

The ISS/Oxford Prize for Modern Japanese Studies is awarded by Oxford University Press in conjunction with the Institute of Social Science, University of Tokyo, and is awarded to the author of the best article published each year in Social Science Japan Journal. The winning paper is selected by the members of the Journal's editorial and advisory boards, based on the quality and originality of the article and its contribution towards advancing the field of Japanese studies.
