The Inaugural AMREP Research Prize. In 2004 - 2005 there were 650 publications from The AMREP Research Precinct. The AMREP (Alfred Research and Medical Education Precinct) Research Prize. This prize is awarded to the first or senior author of the article published in the most prestigious journal (determined by impact factor) in the previous full calendar year for original research carried out at any of the institutions within The AMREP (The Alfred Hospital / Baker Institute / Burnet Institute / Monash University).
