Senior Higher Education Academy Fellowship (SFHEA) is awarded to professionals who have a sustained record of leading or influencing the higher education practice for teaching and supporting high-quality learning. Their comprehensive understanding and effective practice in higher education extends significantly beyond direct teaching and/or direct support for learning and provides a basis from which they lead or influence the learning and teaching practices of others including peers, colleagues and mentees.
