The Mollie Holman Doctoral Medal is awarded to the best PhD thesis in each faculty Award criteria include the quality and scope of the research conducted, and the publications and patents that arise directly from the thesis. Established in 1998, the Mollie Holman Medal is named after the late pioneering physiologist, Emeritus Professor Mollie Holman AO, in honour of her significant contributions to science and education.
