Member of the Society of Organisational Behaviour Australia

I have been accepted as a member of the Society of Organisational Behaviour (SOBA) which is an elite group of Australian scholars who have made significant contributions to the field of organisational behaviour (OB). The SOBA members include Profs Sharon Parker – ARC Kathleen Fitzpatrick Laureate Fellow (h-index 74, 29,000+) Mark Griffin, a Fellow of the US Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology (56; 21,000+), Alex Haslam, ARC Laureate fellow (116; 59,000+). This SOBA membership has demonstrated my internal standing as one of Monash’s leading OB researchers at the national level.
