The F.S.Chia Scholarships are awarded annually to superior scholars who are being newly admitted into the PhD Program at the University of Alberta. The value of these awards is approximately $24,000 plus tuition for Years 1 & 2. In addition, the Programs guarantee that a recipient will receive continued funding, from any combination of sources, for Years 3 & 4 of the doctoral program.
