Equitable Learning Environments: Designing physical, social, or digital spaces that foster belonging and inclusion; advocating for structural or policy changes to support underrepresented groups.

Community Engagement & Outreach: Collaborating with schools, families, or community groups—especially those representing marginalised or low-participation cohorts—to co-design inclusive practices or respond to educational inequities.
