Biography

Dr. Yeji Baek is a Research Fellow specializing in Global Health and Health Economics. She works in the Global and Women’s Health unit at the School of Public Health and Preventive Medicine, as well as in the Health Economics and Policy Evaluation Research Group at the Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. Additionally, she is a Teaching Associate for undergraduate 'Public Health and Preventive Medicine (BMS1042)' and postgraduate 'Research Methods (MPH5213)'.
Yeji has over ten years of research and field experience with academia, UN agencies (UNICEF, UNSCN), and governments. Her specialties include global health, health economics, early childhood development, child health/nutrition, and health equity focusing on evidence generation and programme planning/management/evaluation.
