Biography

Prof. Dr. Wu Ta Yeong received his BEng (Hons), MEng and PhD from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in 2001, 2003 and 2009, respectively. Wu is currently a Full Professor and Associate Head of School (Graduate Research) at School of Engineering, Monash University Malaysia. He is a Graduate Engineer registered under Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) and he has been awarded Chartered Chemical Engineer status and elected to Chartered Membership of Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE).

Research interests

Prof. Wu’s current research interests include sustainable solid waste management, biorefinery, biofuel production, and wastewater treatment.
