Biography

Wentao is a clinical epidemiologist and an NHMRC Emerging Leadership Fellow. He is a Senior Lecturer at the National Perinatal Epidemiology and Statistics Unit (NPESU), Centre for Big Data Research in Health, the University of New South Wales and an Adjunct Senior Research Fellow at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Monash University. He has extensive expertise in randomised controlled trials, observational studies, and evidence synthesis (especially individual participant data approach) that produce reliable evidence addressing important clinical questions.
