Dr. Ui Young Sun is a lecturer at the Monash Business School. His research focuses on leadership and various phenomena related to employees’ motivation, such as counterfactual thinking and regulatory focus. He also investigates the implications of destructive leadership approaches, such as abusive supervision, for employees’ well-being and behaviors at work. His research appears in the Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Business Research, and Group & Organization Management.
In 2015, UN member states agreed to 17 global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure prosperity for all. This person’s work contributes towards the following SDG(s):
