Biography
Tram joined Monash in March 2008 as a lecturer in finance. Her PhD (Monash) examined the pricing and contract design of US loan syndications. Prior to that, she obtained a Bachelor of Finance from the University of Adelaide and a Bachelor of Business (First Class Honours) from Monash University.
Her research has been published in various finance journals e.g. Journal of Corporate Finance, International Review of Finance, International Review of Financial Analysis, and Australian Journal of Management. Her current research focuses on debt contracting, loan syndications, financial intermediation, corporate governance and climate finance.
In 2018, she received the Monash Business School Dean’s Award for Teaching Excellence for her innovative efforts in promoting active learning among large student cohorts.
